Guide Review - FryDaddy® Electric Deep Fryer by Presto

This Presto FryDaddy® has been an excellent compact deep fryer, requiring only four cups of oil that when cooled, can be stored with the snap-on lid for re-use.

The rating was downgraded due to the lack of temperature settings. The fryer heats and maintains a single heat setting until unplugged. During operation, the top metal rim becomes extremely hot and it should be operated with care.

Cleaning is very easy due to the non-stick coating, and there is no basket to clean.

This has been a good durable, economical fryer that stores and cleans easily.

I've had mine for 30 yrs. Use it often and it cooks perfectly every time. Not much has changed on this product. Because Presto made it right the first time around. keeps the oil at 350 degrees perfect for frying. I make fried seafood for a family of 5 and the food is still hot when we are ready to eat. I couldn't be without this product.
