The tall design of the heavy-duty stainless steel canister enables fast freezing of up to 4 quarts of ice cream, and the triple-motion gear action beats and mixes the ingredients to make it smooth and creamy in 20-30 minutes. It has a 12,000 RPM commercial-grade motor that can be halted to add further ingredients.
