  • Napkins
  • Refuse containers and replaceable bags
  • Electrical cords for appliances
  • Paper towels
  • Serving spoons and forks for each food dish
  • Tableware, cutlery and drinkware in sufficient quantities. Choose heavy-weight picnic plates and plastic drinkware in various sizes to suite the beverages. Ensure there are ample spoons for coffee/tea servings.
  • Condiments
  • Salt & Pepper Shakers
  • Cream & Sugar; Coffee & Tea
  • Chilled drinking water
  • Tea pots or hot water dispenser
  • Beverage pitchers or thermal jugs
  • Sufficient quantity of ice and/or an Ice Maker
