Guide Review - Roscan Kitchen Mix Cheese Grater Set Review
The bright color is what caught my eye and on closer inspection I could tell the Roscan® Kitchen Mix™ Cheese Grater Set was well made and would quickly become a can't-live-without kitchen tool.It has two 18/10 stainless steel blades for coarse and fine grating. The blade sits inside the rim of the bottom half of the grater container, so you can grate right into it. It works wonderfully and blades are very easy to remove or change. When grating is done, you can remove the blade, add the top section to close the grater and store it in the refrigerator till needed.
The stainless steel blades wash up quickly due to the finish and so does the grater container. There's a rubber ring on the bottom to keep it securely on the counter while you grate, or you can hold it in your hand.
I especially like the size of this grater. Slightly larger than a pound of butter, it takes little storage room, yet it holds approximately a cup of grated cheese. It's perfect for grating carrots and other vegetables.
