The Bottom Line
This Mince & Chop by Silvermark is well designed for performance and comfort, enabling quick fine chopping and mincing right in a bowl. Terrific for small hands, and no problems for a 'lefty' either. It's a great kitchen tool and a good buy! Definitely my favorite of the Silvermark chopping tools.

This Mince & Chop had no problem chopping green onions, celery, garlic and green peppers. The micro-serrated blades are extremely sharp, and the small size of the tool lends to great control and accuracy.This is a very comfortable tool to use, due to the soft grip Santoprene™ rubber handles, and your hands do not tire from the chopping action.
This tool was very easy to clean. It can be placed in the dishwasher, but the manufacturer recommends hand washing, and it should be completely dry before securing the safety lock.
Easy to use, clean, store, and very convenient for the cook. A different way to mince and chop - follow directions for best results, and have fun with this kitchen tool.
