Design and Construction:
This beautifully designed cookware set is made of 18/10 stainless steel, and designed for durability and functionality. It has a thickness of 0.6 mm with rolled pinched edges to ease pouring, and welded bakelite handles. Fry pans have a very nice depth for cooking one-pan meals. The pasta pot lid is perforated for easy and safe draining.
Cooking Ability:
Made with a heavy gauge bonded base with an encapsulated aluminum core, these implements will achieve superior heat distribution, and are suitable for all heat sources including induction. Lids are made of glass for easy cooking monitoring.
T-Fal Thermo-Signal Feature:
This is actually a removable accessory with a built-in timer, that uses infrared technology to detect the heating temperature of boiling water (85C - 100C degrees), and that will sound a musical beep when it is boiling.
