The Bottom Line
This is a good stir-fry pan, with a non-stick coating that makes it very easy to clean. However, this particular coating does not seem to be as resistant to scratching and marking as previous brands I've used, even though we've been careful to use only plastic utensils in it. Although a little more care is needed, it still remains easy to clean and terrific to fry with.

Guide Review - T-Fal 11" Non-Stick Stir-Fry Skillet
Purchased as a replacement for our previous stir-fry skillet, this T-Fal model has slightly higher sides, making it great for saucy and one-pan meals. It has a great looking exterior of black scratch-resistant hard enamel.Although the manufacturer advises hand washing this pan, I have on many occasions put it in the dishwasher on 'air dry' and it suffered no ill effects. Cleaning it by hand is no problem either, everything just glides right off. The handle stays cool, and is oven safe to 350 degrees.
Although I thoroughly enjoy frying with this skillet, and it certainly has good features, I've given it a lower rating mainly due to the coating, which seems to be marking a lot quicker than my previous brand.
