The Bottom Line
This has been a great pressure cooker, delivering a tender roast in a matter of minutes. The Presto Company has made pressure cookers for years and really builds these to last; they are backed by a 12 year warranty.
Nice small size for a couple, but I would recommend a larger one for a family, and stainless steel instead of the aluminum model.

Guide Review - Presto 4-Qt Aluminum Pressure Cooker
This cooker has prepared many roasts in minutes, and the meat has always been extremely tender - no need to buy expensive cuts. Although it can be used as a large stovetop pot and also for other cuts of meat, this one has been used mainly for roasts. It has great safety features, like a pop-up pressure indicator, and heavy lid that locks down in position. A removable rubber ring seals in the steam to cook a great meal everytime.
The biggest drawback for this particular model is the fact that it is heavy gauge aluminum and a little harder to clean after use. I would recommend getting the stainless steel model. These units are quality built and will certainly outlive their warranties. Meal prep is so much quicker, you can have a hot meal on the table in half an hour.
