The BrewStation™ Deluxe Model 47474 brews a good cup of coffee, and we've found we had to reduce the amount of coffee grounds we usually use to suit our taste - saves money on coffee. The one-hand dispensing is a great convenience feature for those on the go. Beautiful sleek styling with stainless steel accents, which at 14.5" still fits under the overhead cabinets on the counter.The timer and clock were very easy to program and the large backlit display is easy to read. Coffee can be kept warm for up to four hours and still tastes great. Dispensing is quick (not a slow drip), and my tall travel mug fits easily for filling. You can adjust the brew mode for small or full 12 cup batches, and the Flavor Plus option for just the right coffee taste.
Setting up for coffee, and cleaning the filter basket takes a little longer due to its size and styling, thus a slight drop in the rating. However, the convenience and features makes the extra effort worth it. The gentle warming keeps the coffee fresh tasting, eliminating coffee waste - a savings feature.
The swivel base is a very nice, and the drip tray has a removable stainless steel cover for ease of cleaning. A great safety feature is the automatic shut-off.
