Question: How to Make the Blender Easier to Clean
How can I make my blender easier to clean? Is there a way of shortening the time needed to clean a blender?
Answer: Blender clean-up can be very quick, depending on whether you've done a pre-cleaning right after you using it. Immediately after finishing one recipe, place two cups of warm water and a drop of dish detergent in the blender jar. Apply the lid and pulse a few seconds. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary to remove all food residue from jar and blade. Also wash the lid completely.
Continue with your next recipe, pre-cleaning in between each batch. Once finished, disassemble the blender jar and blade unit. Wash carefully the jar, lid, blade unit and rubber gasket in warm soapy water. Rinse well, dry and reassemble.
