This Honeywell Cool Mist HCM-890 unit provides sufficient humidity with an automatic moisture balancing system, and two settings - high and low. It is quiet and the water capacity provides full night humidifying. It has a convenient handle which makes it very easy to refill the reservoir.
Quick and easy maintenance of unit and filter can be found in the HCM890 Humidifier Owner's Manual. This 2-gallon humidifier is made by Kaz Incorporated and is sold under the Honeywell or Duracraft brand.
Compact enough and does not require much table room; cord is a reasonable length. Base can be put in the dishwasher for cleaning. Uses antimicrobial treated wick filters. Good performance and very economical. It has a five year limited warranty, longer than comparable units.
