This Hepa Air cleaner is a good durable unit, and comes with time settings to remind you when to change the Hepa and prefilter. The Hepa filter should be changed every two years on this model.Although a good working unit for removal of air particles and good filtration through the Hepa filter, as evidenced by what it picks up, the 'silent feature' does not really provide quiet operation. I would recommend not to place it near the bed, due to operation noise, which takes getting used to. Overall, it functions as I would expect, and am satisfied with performance.
