Hot Cottage Collectibles by C. Dianne Zweig - Review

Saturday October 4, 2008
Are you a collector of vintage kitchenware or home accessories? Many of us are, but maybe not exactly by choice. We just can't discard those items that our parents or grandparents cherished and that's just fine, because vintage is in these days. They fit right in with today's retro-styled appliances. If a cottage style is what you're after, Hot Cottage Collectibles for Vintage Style Homes is a great resource guide, with over 300 pages of color photos, historical information and values. It's such delightful reading and a great gift idea.

There's lots of cool pink ribbon products and I've listed a few in Top Pink Ribbon Appliances & Housewares.

What's your secret to flaky pastry? Please share and leave a comment below.

Keeping the Bowl Clean - Between Cleanings

Tuesday September 30, 2008
Toilet cleaning - a dirty and thankless job. And getting close and personal with the bowl is not really something I look forward to. At least if it stayed somewhat presentable between bathroom cleanings, that would be a help. The new Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Gel does just that. It's quite different from other toilet cleaners, leaving behind a flush-activated gel that helps to keep the bowl sparkling between cleanings. It also helps with bathroom odors. Learn more about this easy-to-use toilet cleaner in Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Cleaning Gel.
