Elmira Stove Works recently released a new addition to their Northstar Collection, the French-Door Refrigerator. Certainly looks vintage with the rounded shoulders, but it's loaded with modern conveniences including the popular French door styling. Other features of this Energy Star fridge include: Interior filtered water dispenser and ice maker, glide-out freezer baskets, pantry drawer and electronic controls.
And unlike the 1950's homemaker, you won't need to spend a whole day defrosting the Northstar refrigerator - it's auto-defrost. This fridge is available in two styles - Model 1958 which is a full-depth 24.8 cubic foot and Model 1959 - a cabinet-depth with a 19.8 cubic foot capacity. Prices for these two models are $5495 and $5595. These are a nice addition to the Northstar line with family-sized capacities, high tech features and designed to blend right into the retro kitchen.
