Hi Mariette, I asked for and received a FoodSaver 3460 for Christmas. Just recently I have been seeing commercials for the little handheld rechargeable FoodSaver that vacuums the air out of a valve on the storage bag. The little one looks very convenient. Is it as good as the larger version?
