One blender feature that the kids love is a dispensing valve - who wouldn't love smoothies on tap. 
This little dispensing valve is only available on a few kitchen blenders and it can be a nice way to serve smoothies to a rowdy bunch. However, there are pros and cons with a blender dispensing feature and there's another small part that you should also have, to make a dispensing blender just as practical as a non-dispensing one.
