Anolon's Advanced bakeware with an 'extraordinary' (as the manufacturer calls it) nonstick finish does perform well, but it's the nonstick finish that has really impressed me.  Nonstick pans are supposed to be well, nonstick.  But I've always found a need to grease the baking pans and whenever I omited this process, my baking was often difficult to remove from the pans.

The first time I used these pans, I resisted the urge to grease these Anolon nonstick pans and 'oh me of little faith' was doubtful that the fluted cake would come out in one neat parcel.  Surprise - not only did it come out clean, but the cake looked so neat and tidy - it looked almost artificial.

I've been using these pans for a year and I'm just as impressed with baking performance and the nonstick finish, as I was when I first tested these pans.  Want to learn more about this nice Anolon bakeware?  Read my Anolon Advanced Nonstick Loaf and Fluted Mold Pan Review.

I am very disappointed with the Anolon bakeware. I purchased three items, a large baking pan, a smaller pan and a cookie sheet. I use the baking pans frequently and the large one is already peeling. It is leaving rust under the peeling parts, which are several. I just bought this set five months ago at Costco and thought I would finally have some good cookware, but this thing is no better than other coated baking pans.
