My wife bought me a kitchen knive set for Christmas, I didn’t want to tell her they were not sharp and hurt her, so I have been using them. The other day she used them and stated they were dull. These knives do not hold a sharp blade at all and alway need to be sharpend. What can we do with them? Thank you., Ed
Even pricey knives can become dull quickly, but it is discouraging when new knives are dull. The only thing you can do with them is to sharpen and return the edge on them.

Another option is to buy an electric knife sharpener to keep all your knives in good condition. I like this Chef’s Choice M130 Sharpening Station, read my review
