Oxo Good Grips Mini Chef Knife

Ok, I admit it, I'm a klutz with a knife - so my better half says. I have trouble finding knives that fit my small hands, and if a knife is too big, good control will be lacking. This Oxo Mini Chef is certainly small with a 4" blade, but very sharp and so easy and comfortable to use.Photo: © Mifflin

I agree - for safety it is good to use a knife that “fits”. There are a number of different styles of utensils designed for safety available online from Freedsom Living Devices.
