I need a manuel for the F5912-900. I did the floor last week and all the dirty water went back on to the floor. The container that should have held the dirty water was empty.

And for Nola (5): I had this happen once with my Hoover and it was a small tube (hose) that had come off and was not routing the dirty water into the receptacle. Inspect your carpet cleaner to see if connections have become loose going into the tank. You can also download a manual to get a clearer idea of where the connections are.
